You are bidding for three paperbacks, all in good condition. They will be sold as a setand I will not break them up.
Book One - The Dolly dolly spy - Adam Diment. 'If you are easily shocked, don't even try this book, but if you appreciate clever plotting, plenty of excitement, sex at its most uninhibited... Adam Diment is a name to remember - American Publishers Weekly.'
Book Two - Stone Virgin by Barry Unsworth.
In 1432 in Venice, a stone virgin was carved of a strange and seductive beauty - Girolamo paid for it with his life. In the 1970's Simon Raikes as a conservation expert is peeling away the dirt and pollution and he realises that he also is slipping into a world where the statue's violent and erotic past is once again invading the present.
Book Three - Siagon by Anthony Grey
This is the story of Vietnam through the eyes of Joseph Sherman who first saw it as a young boy in 1925 and returned many times over the next 50 years until South Vietnam fell to the Communists. He traces the causes in human terms and the idiocy of war - he also covers the deceit and outright lies presented by politicians and leaders of all persuasions and at all levels to justify their position.
A saga that is absolutely absorbing.
