I have been on TM since 2000 & have over 440 positive feedbacks. I have had a guts-full of the feedback system. I have had my second unjustified & retaliatory negative feedback.TM will not interfere. I am left with few choices to manage my auctions in a way that satisfies me. In the future I will not hesitate to leave negative feedback,where before I may just have left none to avoid retaliatory feedback.
Questions:
My tolerance for these is at an all time low,if I consider your question stupid or unreasonable or you simply lack reading comprehension skills I will tell you so,probably rudely!
Do not seek a new item warranty on a second hand item,if it is not "New" it is used.

It is likely that I will stop offering this on my auctions but will see what happens.
Do not hit "Buy Now" then delay contact & payment. "Buy Now" is a favor to enable you to make a quick decision & get in before other bidders,it is not an opportunity to muck me about.

I do know there are many honest traders who understand how to complete a deal in an honorable fashion. They will freely deal with me. If my conditions put you off you are of course free & encouraged to pick another trader to deal with,ain't Capitalism great!
