A great little Chinese cook book, it has a wonderful glossary, most foods listed in this book are general pantry staples, the recipes are very easy to follow and very user friendly, recipes start at appetizers and go through the meats/vegetable category and end with desserts, an awesome book if you enjoy Chinese style meals and want easy recipes that dont require standing over the stove all day
