This is an auction for NEW ZEALAND FOREIGN POLICY STATEMENTS AND DOCUMENTS 1943-1957.

Published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"This publication brings together a collection of important public documetns covering those formative years of New Zealand's foreign policy between 1943 and 1957. For practical reasons, the collection is not exhaustive and the aim has been to concentrate on the salient themes of New Zealand's post-war foreign policy. The more obvious of these are the growth of New Zealand's relationship with Australia and the United States, our changing ties with Britain, our participation in the United Nations, the quest for security, and our growing sense of involvement in Asia..."
