His life had been dynamic, filled with adventure, risk and success. The book is accompanied by a paperback Sir Tim Wallis's Alpine Fighter Collection by Gerard S. morris and Warren R. Russell First published in 1998, and the Warbirds over Wanaka International Airshow Programme 2000. The collection includes the only surviving Hawker Hurricane that flew in the Battle of France, and was built in 1939.
