G M Glaskin a well-known Australian novellist, came upon a privately published magazine on astral travelling and rediscovering one's previous incarnations (or, perhaps, penetrating to the very futhermost corners of one's inner, psychological and spiritual landscape and time-span). He began to experiment with friends, and 'journeyed' himself to prehistoric Africa. Others tried it. Their experiences are gripping, wholly unexpected, utterly real.

Windows of the Mind is an account of many of these 'journeys'. And gives detailed instructions on how to 'travel' in time and space and identify without losing consciousness of the here-and-now, without drugs and without hypnosis. All you need is the ability to relax and two or three friends you can trust to 'conduct' you through an experience that could change your life.
