Richard Butler is a clinical and sports psychologist and a prolific author on both topics. He was also psychologist to the British team at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona.

The text is complimented by a collection of hilarious cartoons by Geo Parkin. Would make a nice gift, or keep it for yourself to gain an advantage for the game.
