Photographs from the last eleven years of English Electric workings, including the very last day.

As well as photographs of the trains that worked the branch, the changes to the stations and infrastructure are also covered. The story is completed with an image of scrapping taking place at Hutt Workshops.

This is a souvenir booklet to remember the trains by and to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the electric railway's opening in July 1938.
