HMNZS Achilles. Jack S Harker. 1980 1st edition. Collins, Auckland
The Achilles, a 7200 ton light cruiser was handed to the NZ Navy in 1936
She played a vital part in NZ's WWII operations including fighting against the Graf Spree and at Guadalcanal
In 1946 she was acquired by the Indian Navy who renamed her the Delhi and she was broken up in 1978
The author served aboard her as a telegraphist
