A beautiful little book of poems by John Anderson from the days of sail. Included is "Marlborough", a narrative poem about a sailing ship which left Port Chalmers with a cargo of Frozen meat and was not seen again. Apparently, the master, Captain Herd was a relative of the author.
This 89 year old book would make an attractive gift for the lover of poetry or ships and the sea.
