Description
A real find - a copy of Washday at the Pa by Ans Westra - the bulletin for schools that was issued and then withdrawn by the Ministry of Education in 1964.
This school bulletin caused a huge controversy in its day - the photos are stunning and the story great but the PC brigade convinced Mr Kinsella - the Minister of Education at the time to withdraw it.
This copy somehow escaped being returned and destroyed.
Some silverfish damage to the cover but the inside is perfect and the photos are still amazing.
