Comlaw 101 is one of the hardest papers in first year Bcom at the University of Auckland, with many students failing.

This book also deals with different structures available to business, Intellectual Property and goes in depth in explaining the statutory obligations faced by businesses as well as property law/trusts.

If you use this textbook properly, you will be able to get the detailed analysis that is needed for a high grade in Comlaw 101.
