The land where troubles melt like lemon drops is now a place where you're more likely to find an alcoholic, out-of-work Munchkin than a happy little bluebird. And it's all because of that bitch from Kansas. Amy joins up with the Revolutionary Order of the Wicked-a group of dispossessed witches and warlocks who despise the tyrannical ruler that Dorothy has become. As it turns out, humans in Oz possess magic, and Amy is now the best chance the ROW has of taking Dorothy down. Her mission: get the Scarecrow's brain, the Tin Man's heart, and the Lion's courage. And ultimately, destroy Dorothy.
