Your iPad needs to be functioning normally when we receive it with its only issue a broken glass screen. If you have questions about the condition of your iPad or think you may need a LCD screen or if any other part is damaged, please ask questions first.

Shipping Instructions: After placing an order for an iPad screen repair service, we will send you an email of the shipping address. When sending, please be sure to include the following details

• Trade me Auction Reference
• Your Name
• Return address
• Serial Number of your iPad

Please note that we strongly recommend you use a tracked courier when sending your gadget, this is for your own guarantee of delivery and insurance purposes.

Important Information - Please Read before placing the order

1. Please note that drop off & pickups are not allowed.
2. You will send the device including a return pre paid courier bag.
3. Backup the data of your device before sending it to us. We will not take responsibility for any loss of data due to repair.
4. We offer a 3 Months warranty on our repaired devices. However, this warranty is voided on devices, which are physically, or water/heat damaged.
5. If the parcel is lost/Damaged in the transit, YOU will contact the Courier Company for claiming the device. We will not be held responsible for the device (iPad) if it is lost in the transit.
6. We will NOT take responsibility for any type of loss (Business, loss of reputation, use, data, revenue, profit, goodwill or anticipated savings) due to the repair.
7. Pack your iPad adequately to avoid damage during shipment.
