A little about this paintings journey: 10 years ago my friend from Italy, Luciano came to NZ to live, bringing with him a set of these beautiful Charaka Simoncelli paintings with him.

Luciano was commissioned by several well known artists to display their work at an art exhibition during the America's Cup. This set was featured in that exhibition along with 5 or 6 other paintings of Simoncelli's that we will also auction off soon.
