This shed is 5.9 meters wide, 5.0 meters long and 2.4 meters high. Shed is constructed of polite concrete board with timber slats on the sides and rear with painted linea board on the front. The doors are framed 40 mm ply with bolt locks, it has an iron roof all in good condition as shed is very water tight/ dry and lockable. Interior is constructed of rimu timber and was built in the 1970s with a rebuild/tidy up 2 years ago, it has a good work bench and plenty of storage on shelved rafters. It sits on rock piles 100 mm off the ground. The winner of the auction must remove shed,it would be easily pulled apart and re established on new site. Viewings welcomed.. too good to wreck.
