This is Econoply grade with some face defects to the sheets or edge damage. Commonly these have a split in the face veneer - note, this is only one layer thick. Also some damage to the edge or corner.

The face is sanded, and is a mix of CD and DD grade.

It is certainly not rubbish, and will suit applications where damage as described is able to be lived with. Not intended for use where certified structural ply is required, eg bracing ply.

It has a structural, marine grade glue bond, and is reasonably flat.
