HEAVY DUTY ROOF COATING is an asphalt solvent based,black coating designed to protect and preserve asphalt roofs and also waterproof iron roofs.It is made in the USA by SWEPCO who have been providing quality roofing products worldwide since 1933.
It contains ingrediants like Zonamine,ZHD-7,High Strength Microfibres,Dia-Seal and Blue-Black Slate which add tensile strength,resist blistering,cracking and oxidation caused by UV rays.
This product may require Primer on weathered Asphalt Roofs and can be used with Patching Compound and Fabric .
It can be over coated with a reflective coating after approx 60 days when the solvent has evaporated.
Supplied in 23 lt drums.
Coverage is approx 1.02 lt/m2 on Asphalt and .82 lt/m2 on Iron.
