New flooring or decking milled from 90 year old Saligna Gum.

I have built three houses using Saligna for the floor boards in the last fifteen years and still believe it looks the best. They have been finished with a satin (semi gloss) finish and I believe this makes it look natural and brings the grain out to give the best look.

The trees have been milled, dried and are now ready for dressing into flooring or decking. This will be done at our cost. A buyer may like it for some other use (at a different price) Eg producing overlay, panelling or furniture.

There is 4500 lineal meters of 100 x 30 This would dress to 83x19 T&G Covers 370 square meters Price is $8.00 a lineal meter or $100 per sq mtr

There is also 6000 lineal meters of 150 x 30 This would dress to 132 x 19 T&G Covers 800 square meters Price is $15.00 per lineal meter Or $110 per sq mtr

These finished sizes would be bigger for decking

The thickness could go up to 23 mm also

The price is per square meter and GST inclusive

Lengths are from 1500 to 4800
