Viewings: Viewing of samples is welcome on Friday and Monday afternoons 4.30pm to 5.30pm. Please e-mail us via our services listing to arrange as we cannot post contact details in the Q&A section.

Terms: Payment within seven days and pickup within two weeks. We are not able to store or hold for you.

Remnants: Our inexpensive Trademe auctions are remnants made up of overruns, seconds, withdrawn lines, clearance items and the like. We are unable to obtain more at the same price and all options we currently have available are listed. Remnant stock is not subject to any manufacturers warranty but we offer 12 months DIY Flooring warranty on defects except where they are noted in the listing.

Delivery: We do not deliver outside of our local areas shown in the shipping cost section but you are welcome to arrange your own - we will wrap and label for you at no cost. We do apologise but vinyl is bulky, heavy and unsuitable for casual freighting. Full terms and conditions of delivery are on our website.
