Houselot of single glazed mist green joinery being removed in approximately three weeks. Glass cracked in one small window; all care will be taken at time of removal but no guarantees. Joinery in very good condition with most windows having security stays.

Note - measurements taken from plans of joinery to be replaced but may want to re measure for certainty.

Pick up required from Mission Bay as soon as removed.
