WARRANTY: Please also note supplier's conditions: Once unpacked or opened, Chandeliers are non-returnable. However the supplier does hold spare parts for any unlikely transit damages (they are packed extremely well). There is a 24-hour inspection period to advise of breakages. Standard 12-month warranty applies excluding lamps.

FREIGHT: This item is too large for standard couriers. Our large freight haulage company will deliver this. Due to their intricate pricing schedule we can not list all the NZ destinations and prices. We have provided just a few as an example.
