• Delivery shall generally be between 1 and 7 days, pending product and purchaser’s location.
• Special orders and quantities may take longer but shall be advised at the time of enquiry.
• All New Products come with 1 YEAR RTB Warranty
• Home Heat pump Split Systems come with 5-6 YEAR Warranty – Pending make & supplier.
• Portable Heat Pumps come with 1 YEAR RTB Warranty.
• Home Ventilation system come with 1-3 YEAR RTB Warranty – Pending make & supplier.
• No Warrantees shall apply to used/second hand items, which are sold as is where is.
• Postage is not refundable & shall be for the purchaser’s expense under all conditions.
• Faulty products shall not necessarily be replaced but shall be repaired and/or faulty individual components replaced unless agreed under special conditions and solely by the suppliers discretion to replace the complete product/unit.
• Any damages on products supplied must be notified within 2 working days.
• 20% Restocking fee shall apply to all credits and/or refunds.
