I am remodeling my home and am replacing my Jetmaster Gas Fireplace with a larger model.

The fireplace is just over 11 years old, it came with the then-new house I bought. It is in quite good condition, I didn’t use it a lot, may be 20 or 25 times each winter. It will take 'mains gas' or gas bottles, at my place I have it set up so that it uses 9kg gas bottles, the same as my BBQ.

I have both the user manual and the installation requirements & instructions. The dimensions are:

Width: 700 mm
Height: 650 mm
Box depth 295: mm
Minimum Flue height: 3.6 metres standard

The user manual says it is suited to a room size of up too 50 square meters

Note: this auction is for the fireplace only – I don’t think the flue I have will be able to be re-used when the fireplace is taken out during remodeling. Flues can be easily sourced for this fire.

Must be installed by a registered gas fitter.

The remodeling has started the fireplace ben taken out & ready for pick up "as soon as you'd like it". Pick up will be in Newmarket. Payment could be made on pick up.
