This warranty does not cover all relative accessories and scratching, denting, rusting, spotting, discolouration of the bowls. Stainless Steel All FDL stainless steel sinks are manufactured from the high class 304-18/9 stainless steel. 18/9 means you get a heavy, strong, durable sink that has been made with a material that has 18% Chromium and 9% Nickel. Chromium and Nickel are added at the melting stage in the steel making process so that stainless steel is “stainless all the way through”. There is nothing to wear, chip or peel off.

Installation Installation of any sink in our range is the responsibility of the customer or the customer’s installer. We highly recommend installation (in particular flush mount installations) by qualified and experienced stonemasons or cabinet makers. Always check the sink for blemishes or imperfections before installation. The cost of delivering and installing a replacement sink will be the responsibility of the customer. Always use the physical product measurements for cut outs – the manufacturer’s template is supplied as a guide only and may differ from the product measurements over time. By installing the sink, the owner accepts that it is free of blemishes or imperfections including scratches, dents, spotting, discolouration and rust.
