This beautiful old girl took a big knock in the February quake. She was deemed as a repair but we have since been red-zoned. We had spent a year restoring her and had almost finished. The layout is superb, very functional for modern day living. Yes, there will be hell of a lot of work to get her back to former glory, but this little gem could shine again.

Points to note:

You HAVE to remove her between the dates of 10th and 20th of February otherwise CERA will roll in and demo.
