Shipping container locks.

After having one of my shipping containers broken into I went looking for high quality container locks. Standard padlock boxes just didn't cut the mustard.

I wasn’t happy with what I could find on the market so I commissioned a Christchurch Engineering company to build me the mother of all container locks.

They are heavy 10mm thick steel all welded construction and hot dip galvanized.

I had four made locking sets for four containers but ultimately I did not buy the other two containers and I have two sets brand new and unused.

They are a three piece unit, two parts are welded onto the two doors and then the third bar slides down into the box section. The internal bar is then pad locked with the padlock in an impenetrable lock box (10mm thick heavy steel).

These units give complete peace of mind.

No reserve selling well below cost.

Once fitted they are very fast and easy to open (if you have the key).

I have two sets (which are comprised of the three parts in each set).

Pick up in CHCH or I am happy to drop to Mainfreight depot to depot but transport will be at the buyers expense.

Ideal for for people in Christchurch if your locking up your valuables while your house repairs are undertaken. This way you know your stuff will still be there in the morning.

BUYER CAN HAVE BOTH SETS IF DESIRED FOR $250. THIS IS WELL BELOW THE MANUFACTURING COST.
