A very fast growing native tree found naturally in lowland forests of the northern North Island.
Hoheria populnea, Lacebark has oval pointed leaves with serrated edges and abundant white scented flowers in late Summer / Autumn.
It is a colonising plant for open areas.
H 5m x W 3m Sun and semi-shade Hardy
