We have to regretfully sell our 4 nurse cows due to our lease ending. This auction is for one; Ruby. Approx 5 yrs, Friesian in-calf to Hereford bull. Easy calver. Ruby is shy of new people but will become your friend as she gets to know you.
An excellent mum with heaps of milk. Will feed any calf without a fuss. Holds her condition well. Last year she reared 1 batch of 3 calves, then another 3, then two. One side of her udder is low but she still feeds calves fine. We have a contact for quality W/F bull calves to buy and mother on which are available all year round. We are happy to pass the details on so the new owner has access to good beef calves. We have another three nurse cows to sell. All incalf to hereford, due to calve soon, one has already calved & we have mothered extra calves on to her.

All cows are really quiet, don't kick, come when called, great with kids, stay behind tape and self load on to a trailer. Urgent sale, we have no grass and we want them gone before they calve. No time wasters please and we are not negotiable on the price.

White Fresian. Jazz. Approx 5/6 yrs old. Occasionally lame. Vet has checked her and said nothing they can do just don't make her walk too much. Great mum. Feeds any calf. Easy calver. Loves a scratch.

Black Fresian. Cocoa. Approx 8 yrs young. In great condition. Feeds any calf. Plenty of milk, will feed up to 4 calves. Great mum. Easy calver. Can be handmilked.

Black Angus. Approx 9yrs young. In great condition. Loves a scratch. Has two one month old W/F bull calves at foot. Great mum. Halter trained etc.
