Auction is for 1 gingernut pullet chick 9-10 weeks old. 3 left in this batch that are 9 weeks. 2 left that are 10 weeks.

Should start laying at 5 - 5 1/2 months of age To be picked up within 3 days of auction ending

Gingernut rangers are a hybred cross between Rhode Island Red and Ight Sussex, both breeds bred for eggs & meat, large breed

They are still on sharpes chick starter crumbles and should stay on that for another 2 months. You must not feed chicks layers pellets until they are a minimum of 4 months of age, as it can be detrimental to their health and well being. All chooks go with an information sheet on what to feed etc

NOTE: I no longer am able to ship, Petbus route no longer comes my way and that means a 3 hour round trip for me to meet up with her in Wellington so please don't ask. This applies to stock trucks also. Sometimes we do go north of featherston as far as Hastings, although hasting is seldom, but along the way can meet up, feel free to ask and I can let you know if I am planning on going up and when.
