Parts needed to complete a converter are:

ME or MT= Power module, unbalanced or balanced. AT= Transformer to step up from 230V to 400V. MG= Idler motor to maintain phase angles

Kits contain all three parts and contain soft motor mounts. We do not offer enclosure. Please make one yourself

Build: Find or make a safe vented enclosure. Mount the parts inside. Instructions explain how.

Ask an electrician

• to interconnect the items (three-phase wires and protective earth).
• to install an industrial single phase outlet on your workshop wall.
• to connect the converter to your three-phase machines

Module ME is for machines with motors such as a lathe, mill, saw, planer, sander, thicknesser, dust extractor, surface pump, guillotine, edge bander, punch, shear, mill, car hoist, spindle moulder, router, cutter, surface grinder, polishing machine, printer, woodworking machine, press brake, folder, bandsaw, pressure washer, tyre machine

Module MT runs everything including CNC, machines with Variable Speed Drives, welders

The electronic module ME4, a step-up autotransformer AT4, a 5hp 2-pole motor, a set of soft steel-rubber motor mounts. Not the wires, connector strip, bolts or nuts and not an enclosure.
