To achieve a perfect 90 degree bend in pipe requires a quality former that pipe fits tightly and has the correct radios to prevent kinking. Anyone who has bent pipe with Bramley formers will know they do produce a near perfect bend.

If you are a professional engineer or simply looking to replace a cheap cast iron former this will be exactly what you need.

Please note: the 40mm represents nominal bore of pipe, the outside diameter of the former is approx 48mm which is the OD of 40mm nominal bore pipe.
