This auction is for a single (1) magnet, Grade N50. The magnet is disc shaped with a 4.1 mm countersunk hole. The outside diameter is 40 mm by 10 mm thick. This magnet is extremely powerful and should be handled with care.

MAGNET GRADE
These magnets are high strength N50 Grade Neodymium magnets. The higher the grade number, the stronger the magnet. The most common grade is N35, which is significantly weaker.

The magnets are nickel (Ni) plated.

TECHNICAL DETAILS ABOUT NEODYMIUM MAGNETS
Neo magnets are also called Neodymium magnets, Rare Earth magnets, Nd-Fe-B magnets, Neodymium Iron Boron magnets or NIB magnets. They are a permanent magnet made from an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron. Neodymium magnets have grades from N35 to N52. The energy product is specified in units of Gauss Oersted. One MGOe is 1,000,000 Gauss Oersted. A grade N50 would have a Maximum Energy Product of 50 MGOe. The higher the grade the stronger the magnet.

The maximum operating temperature is 80 degrees C.

CAUTION
