Standalone Steel frame Mezzanine floor.
Selling at below half the replacement cost.
Super solid construction, carpark grade. My builder told me the rating could be about 18 tones per square meter. Total weight of the steel used is over 1000KG, all premium quality stuff!
Steel stairs and hand rails (for half the structure)
Currently disassembled and can be delivered free of charge in Auckland metro.
Relatively easy to re-assemble. All the main parts of structure bolts together (bolts included). Will need some welding for the handrails.
Floor boards not included.
Measurement = 5.4 metres * 7.3 metres.
Clearance 2150mm, Floor height 2300mm
