They work really well on wood and other materials like plastic and composites etc. With plastic they actually cut instead of melting it like a lot of cutters do. Also good for cutting plasterboard (Gib board) nice and clean good for power point cutouts etc.

HOW TO CENTRE THE BLADE ON THE MANDREL Put the blade on the mandrel (make sure teeth are facing the right way) and loosely finger tighten the screw. Start the Dremel on low speed and run the blade against some scrap wood until you feel it run true, the blade will now be centred. Stop the Dremel and tighten the screw with a flat blade screwdriver. Fire it up and start cutting everything in your path.

USAGE WARNINGS!

1. Only use these blades with variable speed rotary tools and start at the slowest speed.
2. Only use the big blades (44 and 50mm) for short periods otherwise you will cook the motor on your rotary tool.
3. Clamp down your work and hold the tool tight and steady to reduce the chance of jamming.
4. Wear safety glasses and keep flesh away from the spinning blade.
