Poly 1511 is a 1:1 mix, low viscosity, polyurethane liquid casting plastic that has an 8-10 minute working time and a ~0.5 to 1 hour demold depending upon the size/mass of the pour. Poly 1511 can be poured to produce decorative objects, production parts, prototype parts, tools, models, duplicate masters, patterns, and more. Also great for mother molds / mold shells using Poly Fiber II.

Poly 15-Series plastics are versatile two-part polyurethane systems used for countless commercial, industrial, artistic, hobby, craft, prop and display casting applications.

Options are available in densities resembling thermoplastics (like ABS) to stone for creating prototype or functional parts. An aluminum-filled version is available for parts or tools where heat resistance and thermal conductivity (e.g., vacuum forming) are important. Poly 1511/1512X are also excellent for making lightweight mother molds / mold shells by mixing with Poly Fiber II thickener.

These plastics can be colorcast with PolyColor Dyes, mixed with metal powders (e.g., bronze powder for cold cast bronze) and they can be filled with a variety of inexpensive fillers to conserve cost and reduce shrinkage in large masses.
