The Microstrip is a blasting and cleaning system but designed according high professional standards. The means of operation and the unique abrasive metering valve make it a perfect system to blast with fine abrasives at any wanted pressure.

After filling the machine with abrasive the vessel is pressurized at the selected pressure. By pressing the remote control on the hose package the main air valve opens together with the special abrasive metering valve. The abrasive metering valve has a fixed orifice which guarantees a precise and minimum abrasive consumption. This also results in less dust compared to other blasting systems. Another big advantage is that the vessel stays pressurized so the system reacts immediately on the remote control and blasting pressures can be set as low as 0.1 bar! The abrasive is almost directly on transport speed and the inconvenient shot of abrasive when starting up is history.

The Microstrip can be used with all kinds of abrasives. Typical applications are: graffiti removal, restoration jobs, car body work, spot repair and general paint & rust removal. Contents: 18 litres ,up to 100 ltr possible. Hose length: 10 meters Blast pressure: 1 - 8 bar
