had for 3 years, used for 3 summers only, works well, sometimes we have oj in one, shushy in another and smoothy in 3rd, each group has it's own controls. Easy to clean, manual included. Photo doesn't show drip trays (only have 2) or pouring handles etc as they are packed away while machine not in use. Will include 3 or 4 two litre slushy syrups.
