With convenient electronic controls and a high visibility digital display as standard. An electronic thermostat guarantees reliable heating every time and porcelain enamelled oven liners make cleaning a breeze.

The safe-touch vented side hinged door is also field reversible for left or right hand hinging. With these capabilities the E31D4 is ideal as primary oven in smaller establishments or as a feature oven in higher output environments.
