In the unlikely event of its going missing, I pro-actively work with the Courier find the item, but in my experience nearly all missing parcels are stolen from insecure letterboxes or verandas, so I ask that where possible you supply a SAFE address such as a business or trusted neighbour if you are unlikely to be home on the expected delivery day.
