Returns Policy: We understand that buying shoes online can be difficult. This is why we offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy.

Once returned to us with original packaging and tags within 30 days of your purchase date, you have two options:

1. Exchange: You may pick another item from our range (of equivalent value) and we will send this to you at our cost. If the value of your exchange is more you will be required to pay the difference, if less you will be issued with store credit.
2. Refund: If you elect this option you will be refunded the item cost (which does not include the shipping paid) E.g. Item costs $139.95 shipping costs $15, total initially paid = $154.95. You will be refunded $ 139.95.
