This handy device enables you to stretch any pair of shoes to accommodate the exact size of your feet. Also included are two removable pressure relief plugs, allowing you to stretch very small areas of your shoes to accommodate such asymmetries as bunions, hammer toes and calluses, letting you zero in on painful pressure points.

There are 3 sizes to choose from - S / M / L

S accommodates adult shoe sizes from 35-38 (EURO)/ 5-7 (US) / 3-8 (UK) M accommodates adult shoe sizes from 39-42 (EURO)/ 7.5-10 (US) / 6-8 (UK) L accommodates adult shoe sizes from 43-46 (EURO)/ 11 + (US) / 9+ (UK)

HOW TO USE:

1. Insert the shoe stretchers into the shoes, making sure they are expanded as much as the shoe will allow before inserting them.
2. Turn the knob to begin stretching the shoe.
3. You will usually have to leave the stretcher in at least overnight, and sometimes for 24-48 hours.
4. The longer you leave the stretcher in, the more the shoes will stretch, so you might want to try a shorter period of time first, as shoes that are too loose don't feel good either.
