2. Shipping Combination Policy First item cost (whichever is the highest, they can be $3.70, $4.70 or $6.00 depends on your purchase) plus $1.00 per addtional item.
3. Orders are dispatched in the next working day upon receipt of payment. If orders do not arrive within a week, please contact us immediately to raise an insurance claim. Orders dispatched over a week is deemed to be received.
4. All our lingerie products are imported - Please understand sizes of lingerie in different brands or styles may be vary. Therefore, WITHIN 7 DAYS, we are happy to provide exchange or refund for those items not in good fitting but buyer must afford postage for sending it back to us and item(s) must be returned in original condition - tidy and with tags on.

5)We accept lay-by provided order is over 3 auctions. Payment terms is 20% deposit and pay it off within 4 weeks of 20% each week. Order will be only dispatched upon full payment is received.
