It has little ties on the side and is made of good quality mesh.

In beautiful sunset orange,with a slight animal tiger stripes in orange shades.

Great for over your fave swimwear bottoms.

Fabric is mesh with stretch.

Measurements are: Waist across: 58cms Length: 66cms

Generous size would suit 16 - 18.

Hard to find these. I tried this on at home, but decided it wasnt me.
