TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Payment needs to be made within 5 days after winning the auction.
2. The colour of the gown may appear lighter or darker in tone depending on your monitor settings.
3. You may need to steam iron the dress as shipping creases.
4. You may need to alter the dress to achieve the best possible fit. Please allow 1-2cm measurement difference.
5. Layby is acceptable. A deposit of $30 within 5 days after bidding. The rest to be paid in 3 mths.
6. If you have problem with the item please contact me within 3 days after receiving the item. Shipment, TM success fee and 20% handling fee is non-refundable. Custom-made dress(es) can not be returned unless under special circumstances. For custom-made dresses, shipment, TM success fee and 40% as deposit are non-refundable.
