TERMS OF TRADE

1. Payment to be made within SEVEN days after the auction ends.
2. The colour of the gown may appear lighter or darker in tone depending on your monitor resolution and brightness.
3. Any defective item will be repaired or exchanged but is non refundable unless agreed upon.
4. Extra tailoring may be required to achieve the best possible fit.
5. Dress may require a steam iron as postage can crease the fabric.
6. If you are buying multiple dresses and require them all in exactly the same colour, we recommend you purchase them in one lot, as sometimes the dress colour from different batches can be slightly different.
7. Your order will be dispatched between 1-5 business days after full payment has been received. Please let us know if your order is urgent.
