Flared, short sleeve dress that sits above the knee. Loose fitting with cutout keyhole shapes on shoulder and bow frill detail down centre back. The bow frills are rather big, but really pretty. I have never worn this dress. It still has the tag. Was $499. Lovely summer dress.
