Found this really effective after the birth of bubs.
To be used from birth until approx 8 weeks post birth.
Basically you use it over your clothes, and it fully pulls your hips in. Really easy to tighten, and amazing to see how much you go tighter every day. Says to use for a few hours each day, I would wear it to bed.
