My toddler has hidden tape measure so no measurements until tape is found, in the meantime I am average height and this slip comes to my mid knee so can be worn as a dress on its own with slip or over tights with slip. TS 14+ website gives the following measurements Size XL = Bust 142 Waist 114-122 Hip 142. This item is very stretchy so very forgiving!
