leather is in good condition, no tears or scuffs
soles are quite good
inside where just in front of where you heal sits the material has split. I do not notice it when I wear. you should be able to get this part replaced easily at a shoe repair place as it is only the inner sole part and that is glued in place and not part of the structure of the shoe
